Welcome to Riverside Nest Owerri Ltd, a luxury apartment rental located in New Owerri, Imo State, Nigeria. By booking or staying at our property, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Use. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all guests.
2. Property Overview
Riverside Nest Owerri is a professionally managed apartment offering:
- 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom accommodations
- Maximum occupancy of 4 guests
- Modern, fully furnished living spaces
- Reliable electricity and high-speed internet
- Secure, gated environment with 24-hour security
- This property is designed for business travelers, families, and extended stays.
3. Booking & Payment Terms
- Bookings may be made through direct website reservations or approved booking platforms.
- Payment must be completed prior to check-in unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Accepted currencies may include USD, Nigerian Naira, and other supported currencies, depending on the payment system used.
- The nightly rate is subject to change and availability.
4. Minimum Stay Requirement
A minimum stay of 3 nights is required for all bookings.
5. Security Deposit
A security deposit of $110.00 is required.
The deposit will be refunded within 24–72 hours after check-out, provided that:
- No damage or loss is recorded
- House rules have not been violated
6. Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-in time: 3:00 PM
- Check-out time: 12:00 PM
Guests are received via host greeting upon arrival.
Late check-out without prior approval may result in additional charges.
7. Housekeeping & Cleaning
- Routine cleaning is provided once per week (Fridays)
- Additional cleaning services may incur extra charges
- Guests are expected to maintain reasonable cleanliness during their stay
8. House Rules
To maintain a safe and comfortable environment, all guests must adhere to the following:
- No parties, events, or gatherings allowed
- No loud music or excessive noise
- No smoking inside the apartment
- No illegal or disruptive activities
- No additional guests without prior approval
- Guests must keep the apartment clean and tidy
- Any damages must be reported immediately
Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of stay without refund.
9. Damage & Liability
- Guests are fully responsible for any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning
- Costs may be deducted from the security deposit or charged separately
- Riverside Nest Owerri is not liable for:
- Loss of personal belongings
- Accidents or injuries during the stay
10. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations are subject to the applicable booking platform policy or prior written agreement
- No refunds will be issued for early check-out
11. Airport Shuttle Service
- Airport shuttle service is available upon request
- Requests must be made at least 2 hours in advance
- Shuttle services are not included in booking fees and will be billed separately
12. Guest Responsibilities at Check-Out
Before departure, guests must:
- Return all keys, remotes, and access devices
- Switch off lights, air conditioning, and appliances
- Leave the apartment in a reasonably clean condition
Failure to comply may result in additional charges.
13. Termination of Stay
Riverside Nest Owerri reserves the right to terminate a stay without refund if:
- House rules are violated
- Unauthorized gatherings occur
- False information is provided
- Property, staff, or neighbors are put at risk
14. Use of Property
This property is intended for:
- Short-term and extended residential stays
- Business travel and remote work
- Family and leisure accommodations
The property is not pet-friendly and is not handicap accessible.
15. Amendments to Terms
Riverside Nest Owerri reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the property constitutes acceptance of any changes.
16. Governing Law Clause
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of this property shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Imo State, Nigeria.
